A family-owned property management company is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team in St. Charles County. As a Christian based organization we strive to live by God’s principals and morals and the ideal candidate will also. We manage both commercial and residential properties predominantly located in O’Fallon, Missouri.
We are looking for an organized, professional, and detail-oriented person with 5 years of previous property management experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree.
· Live within 25 miles of O’Fallon, Missouri.
· 5 Years experience as a General Manager.
· 5 Years Real Estate- Residential and Commercial
· 3 Years Property Management
· 3 Years Management of Projects and Maintenance
· 3 Years Financial Reporting & Accounting - QuickBooks
· Experience in Payroll and HR deployment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook.
· Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
· General Construction and Maintenance knowledge.
· Strong Marketing and Advertising knowledge.
· Excellent Decision-Making Skills.
Some key job duties are (but not limited to):
Managing a team of maintenance employees and subcontractors. This includes scheduling maintenance staff and appointments with tenants for repairs. Creating repair sheets to prepare rentals for occupancy. Monitor repair costs through analysis while keeping expenses down. Other responsibilities include Commercial property maintenance and routine care of grounds.
Managing a team of office staff, payroll and HR. This includes marketing properties, screening prospective tenants and decreasing vacancy by achieving occupancy and rental goals. Management of leasing agents to facilitate move-ins and move-outs as well as lease renewals and rental increases. Approving applicants and completing Commercial NNN Leases.
Accounting Management includes ensuring that all accounts receivables and payables are managed efficiently and timely. Analyze and verify accuracy of financials and ensure financials are sent to owners within time frames of the Policies and Procedures. Facilitate rent collection using QuickBooks and remote deposit. Monitor all accounts on a regular basis including funding and tax escrow.
Direct the control costs and expenses in all areas. Work closely with the legal firm on all tenant filings. Monitor violations and tenant relations to ensure a positive management process. Lead all acquisitions and sales to ensure maximum profit and loss.
