- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues.
- Read and interpret schematics for various systems to facilitate repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly.
- Lead small teams during maintenance projects, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs safely.
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in troubleshooting machinery.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics and manuals.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
