JOB OVERVIEW :
Handles the day-to-day responsibilities associated with accommodating guests' arrivals, departures and requirements at the main desk of the establishment. This position requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
The Front Desk Associate will have : a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and / or some related experience in customer service, organizational and time management skills, effective communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills.
