Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory.
- Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance activities.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards of the facility.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and requests from staff and management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and facilities maintenance practices.
- Experience with logic controllers is a plus.
- Proficient in welding techniques and practices.
- Ability to fabricate parts or components as required for repairs or modifications.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Previous experience in residential painting is preferred but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
