ABOUT PROPERTY REVOLUTION We run a fast growing company that helps homeowners with quality exterior home improvement services that brings their home to the next level. We’ve been operating in SW Michigan for the past 5 years, and have developed a reputation for being honest, efficient, reliable in producing quality projects in our community. We have performed over 400 projects in 2024 alone and are gearing up for another year of growth and opportunity. Because of this, we are looking for a Sales Superstar, This is where you come in.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE:
⦁ Connecting with customers in a consultative way and educating them on the value of our products
⦁ Use tech tools to prepare quotes, present proposals, and close deals
⦁ Conduct consultative appointments and use online tools to prepare project proposals
⦁ Building relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, and insurance agents
⦁ Estimating needed materials and labor for projects
⦁ Maintaining digital calendar and updating our CRM
⦁ Scheduling with customers for sales appointments
⦁ Assist in improving our process to enhance customer experience
⦁Participate in lead generation tactics to increase market share including social media use, canvassing, networking, and more.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
⦁ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service
⦁ Advanced CRM knowledge
⦁ Outstanding verbal and written communication
⦁ Strong work ethic, professionalism and high attainment mindset
⦁ Familiarity with home improvements
