ABOUT PROPERTY REVOLUTION We run a fast growing company that helps homeowners with quality exterior home improvements that bring their home to the next level. We’ve been operating in SW Michigan for the past 5 years, and have developed a reputation for being honest, efficient, reliable in producing quality projects in our community. We have performed over 400 projects in 2024 alone and are gearing up for another year of growth and opportunity. Because of this, we are looking for a Sales Superstar, This is where you come in.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE:
⦁ Connecting with customers in a consultative way and educating them on the value of our roofing, siding, deck and fence projects
⦁ Growing your network through building relationships
⦁ Conduct consultative appointments and use online tools to prepare project proposals
⦁ Be challenged to grow and learn more about the products that we sell
⦁ Meeting customers in their homes and businesses to conduct roof, siding, deck and fence inspections and solutions for their needs
⦁ Assist in improving our process to enhance customer experience
⦁Participate in lead generation tactics to increase market share including social media use, canvassing, networking, and more.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
⦁ Minimum 2 years of experience in sales OR customer service
⦁ Willingness to learn
⦁ Outstanding verbal and written communication
⦁ Strong work ethic, professionalism and high attainment mindset
⦁ Familiarity with home improvements
