What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Project Manager position at Property Rush, LLC?
Property Rush is Chattanooga's largest single family home buyer and we are looking to add a project manager to the team who will manage the day to day responsibilities surrounding the rehab of our fix and flips and rental turn projects.
This is a fast pace environment with a mixture of office and off site work that will require driving on a regular basis.
We have management software you will need to familiarize yourself with along with a bid platform that you will work in daily when pricing out projects with our contractor crews.
Expect to manage anywhere from 10-20 remodels and we will soon begin new construction.
Bonuses will be given out every month when timelines & budgets are met.
