Job Overview
Are you friendly, detailed oriented and organized with a positive attitude? If you answered yes, our Apartment Community in Parma Heights wants to hire you. We are looking for a full-time Leasing Consultant. Good sales and customer service are desirable. Would be willing to train the right person. Must have reliable transportation.
Position offers a competitive salary plus commissions. Five-day work week is Tuesday through Saturday.
Salary is negotiable.
Responsibilities
- You would be communicating with prospective Residents via phone calls, email inquiries and in-person visits.
- You would be the "eyes and ears" of the property.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft is required
- Maintaining our Facebook presence is a plus!

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
