- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Accurately input and update data into the company’s database
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving basic service-related issues
- Process orders, forms, and applications as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
