Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, ensuring all logistics are in place
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure event requirements are met
- Prepare and manage event materials, such as agendas, presentations, and promotional items
- Handle event registrations and maintain attendee lists
- Assist in setting up event venues, including audio/visual equipment, seating arrangements, and decorations
- Manage event timelines to ensure that all activities run according to schedule
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Perform post-event tasks, including gathering feedback, preparing reports, and handling any follow-up communications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude
