Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
- Maintain detailed records and budgets for each event
- Assist in the creation of event materials such as presentations and promotional content
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure all activities run smoothly
- Communicate with attendees, providing information and addressing concerns before and during events
- Post-event follow-up, including gathering feedback and reporting on event success
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and positive attitude
