Property Specialists, Inc. has immediate openings for full-time Community Association Managers. We are a large, full-service management company that has served the Chicagoland area for over 45 years. As our firm continues to grow, we are again seeking self-motivated, friendly, highly organized individuals to join our team. This position does require a Community Association Manager License. PSI is willing to assist candidates with customer service/hospitality experience through the class needed to obtain the required licensing. Candidates would be hired to assist licensed manager until such a time as they become licensed themselves. At this time, candidates would move into a Community Association Management role. This position would start at an hourly rate but would move into a salary position once the licensing is obtained. This is a great opportunity to start a career! As a part of our management team, each Community Association Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Communicate and Work Closely with Board Members, Committee Members and Homeowners
Prepare Annual Budgets
Prepare Management Reports
Prepare RFPs
Supervise Contractors
Property Inspections
Attend Board Meetings as Contractually Required
