Order Management Associate [HYBRID ONSITE AND REMOTE POSITION]

Management Associate to join their team. Position Description and Responsibilities: The Order Management Associate’s primary role involves interacting with clients (most often mortgage lenders) and service partners
(appraisers, brokers, inspectors, etc.), leveraging our user-friendly technology to match service partners across the country with appropriate valuation assignments, and communicating the status of assignments to internal and external stakeholders.
Working hours and days will depend on shift (with start times from 7am to 10am) and can vary depending on the workload, with overtime often required during training or seasonal peaks
At present this position requires a hybrid work schedule with two days per week onsite and three remote (schedules and onsite days are consistent from week to week). Vaccination is required for all onsite employees. The company’s office is located in Orange, near the
Honda Center, Angels Stadium, public transportation, and a wide array of food, retail, and housing options.
Key responsibilities include:
● Reviewing client orders and requests to ensure accuracy and compliance;
● Data entry to correct client orders and provide status updates;
● Identification and selection of the right service partner for each assignment;
● Negotiation with service partners on price, deadline and other terms of service;
● Communicating with clients regarding the status of pending assignments and requests for approval to change fees, assignment terms or service partners;
● Researching and engaging with potential new service partners;
● Partnering with other associates and managers across departments to ensure continuity of service and superior client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be both social and process oriented in nature, as the role requires attention to detail in all activities and a service mindset when interacting with clients, team members, and our valued service partners. A candidate for this position must also be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualified applicants should possess:
● Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent;
● Minimum of two years of experience in client facing customer service, sales, or administrative services, with experience in mortgage services or positions that involve scheduling and negotiating with independent contractors (construction, property management, etc.) preferred;
● A strong initiative, sense of urgency and creative problem-solving skills;
● Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively multitask;
● Excellent phone etiquette, and interpersonal and /communication skills, with direct experience handling inbound and outbound service related calls preferred;
● Strong computer keyboard skills (including experience entering and reviewing data) with knowledge of Microsoft office and/or Google Suite;
● Minimum 45 WPM typing speed
Compensation and Benefits: The Network Management Associate will have an opportunity for base salary, quarterly performance bonus, benefits, and company perks, including frequently catered meals and a great culture.
