Furniture Delivery/Logistics company seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager who can make a lasting impact on operations in our Northern California area division. This key leadership role will be responsible for ensuring the productivity, quality of service, and smooth daily operations. reporting directly to the CEO and maintaining a cooperative working relationship with the other two divisions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive manager with a strong background in logistics management. Key Responsibilities:1. Leadership and Management:
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the office lead, warehouse lead and delivery drivers.
- Oversee dispatch, and customer service personnel, a staff of approximately 10.
- Provide quotes to customers based on metrics set by upper management.
- Resolve customer complaints or damage claims expeditiously & work to reduce such incidents at all times.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment across all divisions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.
- Lead by example by maintaining positive working environment.
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve their best while maintaining a supportive atmosphere.
2. Warehouse Productivity:
- Ensure the Los Angeles division meets or exceeds productivity targets.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

3. Quality of Service:
- Ensure high standards of service quality, timeliness, and customer interaction are maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
4. Logistics and Inventory Management:
- Oversee the logistics of deliveries both in the Southern California area and transfers between other divisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.
5. Process Development and Best Practices:
- Develop and implement shop processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement best practices to ensure consistency and high standards.
6. Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Southern California office and the CEO.
- Communicate shop needs, challenges, and successes to the CEO.
- Implement directives and strategic initiatives from upper management.
Metrics for Success:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Based in Los Angeles location with need for reliable personal transportation
- Proven experience in operations and/or logistucs management, preferably within the furniture industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly.
- Proficiency in inventory management and logistics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
