Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade data solutions in Azure cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure Data Services, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Cloud Migration strategies. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and developers to ensure efficient and secure data architecture that supports business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement modern data architecture solutions using Azure services (Data Lake, ADF, Synapse, Databricks).
Lead the migration of on-premises databases and ETL processes to the Azure cloud.
Define and implement data governance, security, and privacy policies in compliance with organizational standards.
Architect and deploy Snowflake solutions integrated with Azure-based services.
Design and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and integrate with downstream analytics tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
8 years of experience in data architecture or a related field.
5 years of experience designing cloud-based data solutions in Microsoft Azure.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake implementation and administration.
Proven expertise in Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Blob Storage.
Deep understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL/ELT, and data modeling techniques.
Experience with cloud migration projects, including assessment, planning, and execution.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data services and DevOps practices.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or Scala for data engineering tasks.
Experience working with BI tools like Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salary : $70 - $80
