SAP CRM Technical Consultant

Technical Design and Implementation:

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of SAP CRM solutions, including customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, documentation, and test scripts.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CRM functionalities.

CRM Configuration:

• Configure and customize SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Configure workflows, business rules, and other CRM functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Integration:
• Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP and non-SAP systems, such as ERP, eCommerce, and other third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain interfaces using technologies such as IDoc, BAPI, Web Services, and APIs.
• Support and Maintenance:
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CRM systems, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
• Assist in resolving user issues and providing technical guidance.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.

Project Management:

• Contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Estimate effort and timelines for technical tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and other team members.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues.
