JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for leading process change, improvement, and transformation initiatives across these
domains: Scope, Time, Quality, Software delivery operation, Communication, and Integration - all on
a multi-art complex enterprise scale.
Deliver defined project outcomes on time, with a high level of quality.
Develop the project's Scope of Work, and is accountable for building and maintaining an ongoing
Project Management Plan.
Build and manage effective and engaged multi-disciplinary Agile release train teams to ensure
efficient operation quality delivery, usually in a complex matrix structure (Location, Tech,
methodology, ETC.).
Responsible for the management of complex operation improvement initiatives.
Align the project with overall program policies, roadmap, constraints and plans. Prioritize tasks and
resolve issues/conflict
