About The Role

In this position, your responsibilities include
- End-to-end feature delivery: Rapidly deliver high-quality AI features at the heart of our product that perform well on production workloads.
- Build & lead the right team: Lead and scale the AI team, ensuring that we have the right skills across US and India teams.
- Customer collaboration: Collaborate closely with our design partners (some of the world's leading enterprises) to build solutions that push the boundaries of what business teams can achieve with data.
- Correct architecture: Ensure that we have the right datasets, architecture, and infrastructure to rapidly iterate and deliver models that deliver features with the correct latency/price characteristics.
- Work with internal stakeholders: Work closely with product management, systems engineering, QA, marketing, sales, and post-sales to ensure complete product delivery.
- You've taken multiple AI-based products from ideation to customer adoption and delivery of customer value.
- Comfort in working in short, agile, iterative development cycles
- You have a technical background in building or overseeing the development of some of these products
- Code generation machine learning products (similar to Codex) or worked on text-to-SQL problems
- End-to-end semantic information extraction systems
- Knowledge graphs or done data modeling using graph databases such as Neo4j
- End-to-end real-time ML-enabled products
- You have a deep technical background in one of
- Machine learning and generative AI
- Systems - databases or compiler
- Components of the current AI stacks
- B Tech or above degree in CS or equivalent and 10 years of experience, master's or PhD preferred.
