Axis is looking for a call center specialist to join our team! This person would be responsible for calling our patient base and setting up well visits and checking on patients.
This position requires someone with the following:
- Multi-phone line experience
- Great customer service
- Friendly phone voice
- Self-Motivated
- Can work in fast paced environment
- Familiar with medical terminology
- Multi-tasking ability
Responsibilities would include:
- Checking patients in/out
- Scheduling appointments
- Schedule patient with appropriate Provider based on credentialing table
- Answering phones
- Sending messages to correct staff about refills, medical questions for patients, etc...
- Providing the best customer service possible
