Position Overview: The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our primary care clinics in the Tulsa area, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across all sites. This individual will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support strategic initiatives, enhance patient satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in operational performance.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Operations Director to lead and oversee the operational functions of our medical facilities. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operational functions of multiple primary care clinic sites.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure seamless coordination between administrative and medical operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financials, and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and service line development.
- Facilitate regular communication across departments to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Lead initiatives related to patient experience, clinic workflow, and technology integration (e.g., EHR optimization).
- Oversee the daily operations of medical facilities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize performance and patient care.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for medical operations.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align operational strategies with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field required (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare operations or practice management experience, preferably in a multi-site primary care environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills. and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare technology platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, staffing, and strategic projects.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement practices.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and financial performance in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
