Position Overview :
We are looking to hire a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This position will be responsible for effective, accurate, and efficient handling of all aspects of financial planning, along with building and maintaining sophisticated Power BI reports and dashboards.
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in building a best-in-class FP&A function by focusing on commission and revenue analytics. This role offers the opportunity to influence decision-making through insightful analysis, streamlined processes, and clear communication of financial data. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Commission Calculation & Management :
- Manage the end-to-end internal and external sales commission calculation process, leveraging Power BI for automation and accuracy
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for sales commission plans, policies, and their strategic rationale, providing guidance to stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems involved in the commission payroll process, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and Power BI
- Respond to internal and external commission related inquiries
