Position Overview:
As Propio expands, we are looking for an experienced HR Partner to support our people and business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a passion for employee experience, and can effectively navigate HR functions to support our workforce. This strategic position requires a strong background in HR functions and the ability to handle complex projects with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Partner with leadership to drive employee experience and retention.
- Manage employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution strategies.
- Support talent management efforts, including but not limited to onboarding.
- Oversee compliance with employment laws and company policies, ensuring HR best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity within HR systems and perform regular system audits.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on various HR metrics to senior leadership.
- Stay current with HR trends, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation in HR processes.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HRBP capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
