We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Level 1 IT Support Technician to join our dynamic and fast-paced IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our external customers, ensuring that incidents and requests are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements : Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issue, ensuring timely resolution
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, tickets, and email
- Document and track issues using our ticketing system, and escalating when necessary
- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting computer systems and applications
- Maintain accurate user accounts and permissions
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service
