- Observe and monitor patients' conditions, recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, walking)
- Communicate with patients for social and emotional support
- Support nurses/physicians in patient care and equipment operation
- Maintain infection control policies
- Active CNA certification in Massachusetts
- 1-2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing experience
