Grant and Contract Specialist
Join our team as a Grant and Contract Specialist, supporting fiscal and administrative officers in handling a dynamic portfolio of grants and contracts for impactful research.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in creating and reviewing research documents and grant proposals
- Input budget data into proposal systems for accurate financial forecasting
- Gather sponsor-required details, collaborating with stakeholders
- Coordinate with various departments
- Manage sub-award agreements from initiation to closure
- Oversee financial management in pre- and post-award processes, including projections
Qualifications :
- 4 years of Grant Research Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive
- Expertise in managing pre- and post-award grants, with a deep understanding of compliance standards
