- Administer medications & treatments as prescribed, track vital signs, and document care
- Provide daily personal care & support per Individual Service Plans (ISP)
- Coordinate medical appointments & follow-ups, ensuring top-quality care
- Order & manage medications, supplies, and equipment to meet healthcare needs
- Respond to medical emergencies using CPR, first aid, and other life-saving techniques
- Train direct care staff on medical equipment use and treatment procedures
- Active LPN License in MA
- At least 3 months of direct care experience (healthcare, group home, or residential setting)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (or willingness to obtain)
