We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with at least two years of experience in a hospital setting, specializing in medical-surgical (med-surg) care. This role requires a strong background in med-surg, tracheotomy, and telemetry.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a med-surg unit, collaborating with clinical teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress using an electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Work within a primary nursing model, maintaining accountability for a designated group of patients
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (MA)
- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience in a med-surg unit
- Proficiency in tracheotomy care and telemetry monitoring
