LPN - $40 - $48/hr (Laid-Back Setting)

Job Summary

We’re hiring an LPN to provide compassionate care in a laid-back group home setting, supporting 4-8 individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. You’ll be responsible for implementing health care plans, administering medications, and ensuring residents receive top-quality medical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care by following individualized health care plans, including vital sign charting, medication administration, and wound care
• Assist with daily living needs and personal care based on the Individual Service Plan (ISP)
• Coordinate medical services by scheduling appointments, safeguarding hospital visits, and advocating for residents' health needs
• Communicate health updates to families/guardians and keep staff informed of medical concerns
• Manage medications and supplies, including ordering and maintaining medical inventory
• Respond to medical emergencies, applying basic first aid, CPR, tracheotomy care, and catheterization when needed
• Train direct support staff on medical equipment and treatment procedures
  
  

Required Experience

• At least 3 months of direct patient care experience
• Experience in a group home, assisted living, or similar setting preferred
• Understanding of individualized care plans and medical documentation
  
  

Required Skills

• LPN License (Active & in good standing)
• Medication Administration & Wound Care experience
• Basic First Aid & CPR Certification
