- High Pay: $48/hr
- Overnight shift – quieter, independent work environment
- Small caseload: Only 4-8 individuals
- Supportive group home setting
- Make a real impact on individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities
- Monitor and implement health care plans, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound care
- Respond to overnight medical needs and provide emergency care as needed
- Assist with personal care and nighttime routines as outlined in Individual Service Plans (ISP)
- Maintain medical documentation and ensure compliance with care protocols
- Manage medications and supplies, ensuring availability for the next shift
- Train direct support staff on medical procedures and overnight safety protocols
- At least 3 months of direct patient care experience
- Experience in a group home, assisted living, or similar setting preferred
- Familiarity with overnight patient monitoring and emergency response
- LPN License (Active & in good standing)
- Medication Administration & Wound Care experience
- Basic First Aid & CPR Certification
