Senior IP Litigation Paralegal - $125-150K
The Senior IP Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in high-stakes Intellectual Property (IP) litigation, with a primary focus on U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and Section 337 cases. This role requires extensive experience in case management, document production, trial preparation, and e-discovery for complex litigation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled at supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities
Case & Trial Management:
- Manage complex ITC and federal district court litigation, including discovery, Markman hearings, and trial preparation
- Oversee electronic and paper discovery, coordinate depositions, and handle trial logistics
- Organize case files, databases, privilege logs, and litigation support materials
Legal Research & Documentation:
- Conduct case law research and track ITC regulations, court rules, and expert witness histories
- Draft, review, and cite-check legal filings, ensuring compliance with ITC and USPTO guidelines
- Prepare and file electronic court submissions
Trial & Deposition Support:
- Assemble trial exhibits, trial notebooks, and witness preparation materials
- Coordinate logistics for depositions and assist attorneys in case strategy execution
- Manage post-trial documentation and case closure procedures
Training & Compliance:
- Stay current on ITC, USPTO, and federal litigation rules
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior paralegals on best practices
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7 years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on IP and ITC litigation
- Expertise in USPTO, ITC, and federal court procedures
- Hands-on experience with trial preparation, discovery, and electronic court filings
Required Skills
- Litigation Case Management: Strong ability to handle large-scale litigation, manage deadlines, and oversee case logistics
- Legal Research & Documentation: Proficiency in legal research, cite-checking, and document production
- Technology & e-Discovery Tools: Experience with Relativity, West Case Notebook, TrialDirector, and other legal tech platforms
Preferred Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new legal technology platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
