Accountant for the Global Accounting Team ($85,000 / year)
About the opening :
85,000 / year plus a bonus structure
Hybrid work model : 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Integral role in a global financial team
Responsibilities :
Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and internal reports
Collaborate with Global Payroll for accurate multinational accounting
Analyze and report on compensation expenses and financial results
Ensure timely regulatory filings and survey submissions
Provide support for external audits and procedural documentation
Improve operational processes and financial systems
Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; accounting experience essential
1-3 years of experience, with a preference for compensation accounting
Proficient in Excel; Workday experience is advantageous
Capable of managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proven maturity and initiative
