Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts
- Completed dementia care training is a plus
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
