We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care to residents, promote health and wellness, and act as a patient advocate. The ideal candidate will excel in medication administration, health assessments, and emergency response, ensuring compliance with all nursing standards and regulations.

Opportunity to enhance skills in dementia care and cognitive impairment management Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive health assessments to promote wellness and prevent illness
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
Monitor, document, and maintain accurate medical records
Identify and manage acute health concerns, coordinating interventions, referrals, and follow-up care
Act as a first responder during medical or behavioral crises, including emergencies involving severe or violent behavior
Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and facility policies Qualifications :
2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
Experience working with residents diagnosed with dementia or cognitive impairments preferred
Active RN License in Massachusetts
Proficiency in health assessments, medication administration, and crisis intervention
Certification in Dementia Training or equivalent is a plus
