Lifecycle Operations Analyst - Private Credit
Our Investment Management partner is looking for a Private Credit Operations Analyst to play a key role in managing all aspects of the deal lifecycle, from execution and settlement to corporate actions and lifecycle management. Collaborate with legal, compliance, IT, and other teams to optimize workflows and contribute to innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do :
Administer loans across strategies like private placements, growth lending, real estate debt, and specialty finance
Coordinate and streamline deal closing activities with internal and external partners
Oversee and enhance daily operations with external service providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Reconcile discrepancies in cash, positions, and security data to maintain accurate records
Update security ratings, upload financial statements, and manage vendor systems
Maintain accurate asset records and provide stakeholders with actionable reports
Drive cross-functional projects, including vendor evaluations and technology rollouts
Qualifications :
3-7 years of experience in private credit, private equity, or private real estate
Familiarity with operational tools such as IVP, Allvue, ClearPar, and Geneva
Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities
Clear communication skills, with experience creating professional presentations
Knowledge of credit and debt regulatory requirements is a plus
