The successful candidate will have 5 years of nursing experience, expertise in ICD-10 coding and OASIS documentation, and strong leadership skills in home health or hospice care.
In this position, you will review OASIS assessments and clinical notes to ensure regulatory compliance, conduct quality audits on clinical records, train clinicians on OASIS documentation accuracy, and participate in QAPI and quality assurance programs.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5 years of Nursing experience as an RN
- Expertise in ICD-10 coding and OASIS documentation
