Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a talented and self-motivated Full Stack Engineer to join the Proplytix engineering team. You’ll be working at the intersection of data, design, and real estate—helping us build a scalable platform for homeowners, agents, and enterprises alike. From building APIs and dynamic UI components to integrating third-party tools and optimizing for performance, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and technology foundation of Proplytix.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, etc.)
- Build and optimize APIs that power our real estate marketplace and data tools
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to integrate ML/AI-powered property insights
- Implement secure, high-performance backend services for property search, user management, and content sharing
- Manage cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile development processes
- Ensure responsiveness, performance, and scalability across all devices and platforms
- 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern backend technologies
- Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD tools
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, security best practices, and microservices
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
- Passion for real estate, data-driven products, or property tech is a plus
- Experience with real estate data or integrations (MLS, public records, etc.)
- Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or geospatial data processing
- Prior experience building social or community-driven platforms
- Contributions to open source or personal project portfolio
