You’ll be responsible for converting leads into residents while helping shape the voice and image of Propolis in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing
- Manage the full leasing cycle—from inquiries to move-in
- Conduct tours (virtual and in-person) and build rapport with prospective residents
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of availability, pricing, and property features
- Execute leases and coordinate onboarding with the operations team
- Develop and implement creative strategies to drive traffic and inquiries
- Manage listings across all platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.)
- Support social media campaigns and community events to boost visibility
- Track performance metrics for marketing and leasing effectiveness
- Represent Propolis values during all resident and public interactions
- Provide prospective and current residents with an exceptional experience
- Collaborate with resident coordinators to promote community retention
- 1–3 years of experience in leasing, real estate, property management, or hospitality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM and property management software is a plus
- Passion for housing equity, community-building, and creative problem-solving
