Propulsion Controls Engineering has a current opening at our San Diego, California location for an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor , with a minimum of 3-5 years Quality Assurance / Management / Supervisory experience. PCE is a full service electro-mechanical repair and diesel repair contractor. PCE has garnered a wealth of extensive experience in successfully executing major system overhauls across numerous ports throughout the world on virtually every class of ship currently in operation.
Position Summary
QA Supervisor, supervises, monitors and ensures Quality Inspector day to day responsibilities are in compliance with the Quality Management System. Assures consistent quality production by verifying processes and reviewing documentation. Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure quality standards are met. Modify and maintain quality evaluation and control system and protocols to meet customer specifications and requirements.

Experience and Knowledge :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years Quality Assurance / Management / Supervisory experience (manufacturing or shipyard experience preferred).
