We are looking for a Global Content Alliances Support Associate to join our Academia and Government – Global Content Alliances team. In this role you will support the execution of content licensing agreements and maintain relationships with existing content providers.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 1 years of customer support experience
- Experience in higher education, education technology or publishing industries
- Research and respond to publisher inquiries using internal databases, external sources, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Address publisher concerns, maintain accounts, and handle special initiatives, including escalations and administrative requests.
- Negotiate agreements and permission letters with new and existing content partners through effective communication.
- Maintain publisher accounts by updating records, researching opportunities, and ensuring data accuracy in internal systems.
- Support content evaluations by managing licensing opportunities and assisting Alliance Managers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Global Content Alliances, Product Management, Content Operations, Customer Service, and Finance) to resolve operational and procedural issues related to content.
