ProRank is a boutique search firm and we are working with a client to help them fill a position for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a team in Page, Arizona. In this role, you will provide high-quality primary care services, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of health conditions. You will play an integral part in the healthcare team, working to improve the overall health and well-being of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic illnesses.
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Document patient interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (FNP) or Physician Assistant Studies.
- Current and unrestricted FNP or PA license in the state of Arizona.
- At least 2 years of experience in a primary care setting.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
