ProRank is a boutique search firm and we are working with a client to help them fill a position for a Controller in San Antonio, TX or Atlanta, GA to oversee financial operations and drive growth in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll manage budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management, and compliance, with a focus on optimizing financial performance and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for corporate, MSO, and physician practices.
- Lead revenue cycle optimization, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage audits.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies and cost control measures.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5 years of financial management experience, including 2 years in a senior role.
- Experience with private equity-backed healthcare organizations and MSO operations.
- Proven success in optimizing revenue cycle processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and accounting software.
