ProRank is a boutique search firm and we are working with a client to help them fill a position for a Physical Therapist for a facility in Henderson, North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations, treatments, and discharges for outpatient rehab patients.
- Collaborate with providers to deliver optimal care across various diagnoses.
- Provide timely documentation reflecting medical necessity and patient progress.
- Manage a busy caseload and assist with coverage in inpatient rehab when needed.
- Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with licensing and documentation standards.
Must-Haves:
- North Carolina Physical Therapist License
- Knowledge of physical therapy in outpatient settings and experience with acute/inpatient rehab.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
