ProRank is partnering with a client to recruit Primary Care Medical Directors for two of their locations in Massachusetts.
Locations : Milford, MA and Framingham, MA

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will lead the clinical and administrative operations of your respective site. This is a dual role where you’ll oversee provider staff and maintain your own patient panel. The position includes both onsite and remote hours, offering flexibility and a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities :
Leadership and Administrative :
- Provide clinical and administrative oversight, including productivity, scheduling, and clinical protocol development.
- Supervise and support all medical staff (MDs / DOs and APPs).
- Participate in the Medical Leadership Team to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
- Oversee the implementation of health center programs to meet organizational goals.
