ProRank is a boutique search firm and we are working with a client to help them fill a position for an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize billing operations. In this role, you will manage the entire medical billing and coding office, focusing on maximizing cash flow and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations. The position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as extensive experience in healthcare billing, coding, and accounts receivable processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in medical insurance and healthcare billing
- At least 5-10 years of management experience, with direct supervision of a billing team
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, medical billing software, and patient management systems
- Certified Coder certificate is a plus
- Strong knowledge of medical billing rules and regulations, including Medicare, Medi-Cal, and private insurance companies
