Job Description
Objectives of Engagement
This contract position reports to the Metrics and Analytics Section Chief and provides analytical support for the Office of Long Term Living's (OLTL) programs. The Functional Architect will assist in the collection, validation, preparation, and distribution of data to various stakeholders. Additionally, this role will lead the design of standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flow diagrams, and track all outgoing data requests.
Resources
OLTL will provide office space at its location in the Forum Place Building, Harrisburg, PA, along with all necessary hardware, software, network connections, phone, and fax for daily work.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine and document requirements for diagnosis-level reporting.
- Follow and continuously improve data reporting processes based on quality standards.
- Provide expertise in defining functional architecture and infrastructure using LEAN principles.
- Serve as the lead analyst for tracking data requests within the existing data governance structure.
- Design SOPs and process flow diagrams for cross-training and knowledge transfer.
- Conduct data analysis and present findings with supporting charts and graphs.
- Support the Program Development and Innovation section on special studies and research.
- Develop innovative methods to leverage existing data for improving program outcomes and efficiency, including predictive analytics and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with program and policy staff to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in developing and monitoring OLTL program performance metrics.
- Participate in the specification and recommendation of new program performance measures.
- Assist in the creation of dashboards and other data visualizations.
- Maintain project documentation and work plans.
- Create executive-level reports and presentations.
- Provide support for additional projects as assigned by the Section Chief or upper management.
- Attend relevant meetings as directed.
