Technical Specialist
Location : Harrisburg, Strawberry Square (On-Site)
Shift : AM Shift (Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM)
Job Summary :
The Technical Specialist is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of high-speed and impact printers. This role ensures the efficient performance of printing equipment, maintains print quality, and manages the organization of printed output. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail in maintaining printing operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and configure high-speed and impact printers for daily operations.
- Monitor printer performance and ensure high-quality print output.
- Physically inspect printed materials for quality assurance.
- Properly clear paper jams and resolve printer-related stoppages.
- Remove, separate, and distribute printed materials as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom for printing supplies.
- Document and report all incidents and issues encountered during the shift.
