ProRecruiters is seeking a Manufacturing Sales Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description :
- Estimate product costs using established templates, create detailed proposals, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage projects from the point of sale to shipment, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
- Develop project-specific “recommended spare parts” lists and provide these to customers proactively.
- Sell spare parts to both new and existing customers to support their ongoing needs.
- Partner with the service department to coordinate on-site service and installation of engineered products and solutions.
- Collaborate with outside vendors and internal departments to coordinate procurement, manage manufacturing schedules, and ensure on-time shipping and delivery of parts.
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
