The Clinic Liaison develops and maintains customer relationships primarily with physicians and the community at large and may also engage with employers and payers. The Clinic liaison works closely with the Marketing Director and Clinic Directors to implement strategic marketing initiatives throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in business or marketing, or clinical degree with sales/marketing experience.
Experience
2-5 years’ experience in health-care marketing and sales preferred but not required.

Physician Marketing and Relations

Experience
2-5 years’ experience in health-care marketing and sales preferred but not required.
Clinic Liaison Skills & Knowledge
- Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed. Great at relationship building and follow through. Outgoing personality is a must.
- Previous experience with health care sales is a must. Current relationships with the primary care community is a plus.
- Excellent multi-tasker in a fast paced event management environment and self-motivated.
- Up to date on current trends in physician relationships and referral development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and public speaking.
- Participates in marketing functions in the community as needed
- Works closely with the clinical operations leadership team to identify areas/clinics with most immediate need and determine appropriate response
Physician Marketing and Relations
- Develop and improve relationships with targeted physicians and other clinical referral sources.
- Complete eight (8) direct physician contacts per day.
- Provide opportunities for the physical therapists to interact with customers.
- Communicate effectively with referring providers and their office staff.
- Participate in monthly marketing meetings.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality; adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
- Create quarterly business plan outlining budgets, collaterals, relationship development, community image and amazing service.
- Assist in preservation of the corporate identity.
- Work closely with the Clinic Directors in planning and organizing community special events
- Contribute to quarterly marketing plans to accomplish organization’s business plan goals.
- Provide regular updates on company-wide marketing activity and track demographic data to support marketing initiatives.
- Provide marketing training for Clinic Directors and designated clinical staff.
