Demand Generation Campaign Manager (Houston Hybrid)
PROS is looking for an experienced and data-driven Campaign Manager to join our Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this new role will lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of demand marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue. The ideal candidate will thrive in collaboration with key cross-functional marketing and sales stakeholders and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, ABM, and the B2B buyer's journey.

- Develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaign strategies aligned with business goals, target audiences, and sales objectives to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition
- Define campaign themes, messaging, and content strategies while setting clear objectives, KPIs, and benchmarks to ensure targeted execution and measurable success
