We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hands-On Shop Foreman to join our team in Spring Hill, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diesel mechanics, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Supervise, train, and mentor shop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the shop.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a shop foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Heavy equipment and Diesel Trucks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Strong computer skills.
